Back to work...new projects on the way...

I'm starting the new season organizing... I really don't like mess and chaos... some chaos can be organized, but when it's messy it just gets on my nerves...

We have this shed here where we'd keep the "useful junk"... it was just a roof actually, because the original idea was never finished... then it just became a place to dump things, not really organized... I really like recycling, and there are some things that might be really useful, but then, when it is messy the way it was, nobody can really find anything when it's needed...and actually things get damaged and become real trash...

so I had enough of seeing this "junk shed" like that...
First I took everything out of the shed... I filled up the van with trash... things that either got ruined or I had no idea why someone had stored it in the first place... there was even a trampoline and a "gymnastic horse" (not sure if you call it that way) that someone found in an abandoned school... I don't know what was on that person's mind to bring such a thing to a farm... anyway, I gave it to another school from this area... they are happy with it because they don't have much gym materials for the kids... perfect !!!
On the other hand, my family has a factory with lots of palettes that they don't use, so I went there and loaded the van... I must have 2 or 3 more loads to bring :-)... and that's what I'm using to make shelves and walls for the shed ... perfect !!!

this is just the first stage, 3 big shelves... on this I can actually put everything we had collected and not have a mess anymore :-)... I've started the walls today and that's what I'm going to keep doing ... it's gonna rain like today most of the week, so, I'll see what I can do.
At least now I have space underneath to work even when it's raining :-)
I want to make this shelter, not only for "useful junk", but also a working place with all the tools organized, a working table, a storage for wooden boards, etc...
I'm not sure if I'll be able to do all that at this moment, as I also need to prepare the beds for planting the veggies... now it's the time...But while it's raining, I better just do what I can here... it takes quite a long time and hard work to tear the palettes apart, but at the moment is all I can afford - arms' work ;-) and few nails that are not that expensive ...
I do enjoy building :-)... and I definitely feel happier and more at peace when things are organized...
